building details: |
Said to date from 1401, 2 storeys and attics
in ashlar. Steep pantile roof. One sliding sash window on 1st floor, and
similar window below with fielded shutters. Small window to left with
shutters and left again a chamfererd 4-centred archway leading to a yard
behind. Blocked slope-top dormer window in roof. Fixed to the wall next to
yard entry is old carved wood male figure of uncertain provenance. Formerly
the Old Ship Launch Inn. NMR. |
