handwritten signatures of George W Armbrister, president,

The company was founded by
Sir Broderick Cecil Hartwell with the intention of buying liquor
and shipping it close to the 12 mile limit where it would be
bought for cash. Went bankrupt in 1923 after a recommendation by
the Daily Mail to steer clear of the company
Certificate size is 34
cm wide x 25 cm high. It will be double mounted in a mahogany
frame, with gold inlay.
