  Certificate dated 14th March 1952 for 100 shares of preferred  stock of par value $5.00 each in this nickel producer which was formed in 1928 when the American International Nickel Company merged with the English Nickel Company. The company also produced copper, silver, gold and platinum from four hydro-electric plants, mines and smelters in Ontario; refineries in Acton, England, and Clydach, South Wales. It also owned English subsidiaries in Henry Wiggins & Co. and Birmingham Electric Furnaces Ltd.

Issued to Geoffrey Timms & Alan Timms, with the printed signatures of the President and Henry S Wingate, Secretary of the Company. Ornate orange border. Vignette of allegorical men in industrial scene.

Certificate size is 19 cm high x 29 cm wide. It will be mounted on request in a mahogany frame.
