   Certificate dated 11th June 1970 for 100 shares of common stock of par value $5.00 each in this retail company. The company was established in Scranton, Pennsylvania in 1872 and was bankrupted in 2001.

Issued to Cede and Co., Box 20 Bowling Green Station, New York, with the printed signatures of the President and Treasurer of the company. Vignette at top of  certificate. Ornate blue border.

Certificate size is 20.5 cm high x 30.5 cm wide (8" x 12").

A similar certificate is also available with a green border, dated 17th May 1968. Certified owner is Floyd Rodgers, 3 Emerson Road, Glen Rock, New Jersey.
