   Unissued certificate, number 944, from the 1880's  for £10 shares in this house building company. The company was registered in 1888 with a name change to Western Mansions Ltd in 1905. It went into voluntary liquidation in 1934 and was acquired by London County Freehold And Leasehold Properties Ltd.

Certificate size is 28 cm wide x 23 cm high (11.5" x 9.5"). It will be mounted in a mahogany frame, with gold inlay, size 40 cm wide x 30 cm high.

The certificate is shown unframed as all items are mounted to order. .
