   Certificate number 3, dated 13th November 1911, for 10,000 shares of capital stock (2% of company valuation) in this South Dakota-based oil company.

Issued to F P Faulkner, with the actual handwritten signatures of the President and V G O'Connor, Assistant Secretary of the company. Vignette of oilfield at top of the certificate, together with several smaller vignettes of oil-producing scenes. Ornate blue border and company seal.

Certificate size is 28 cm wide x 21 cm high (12" x 8.5"). It will be mounted in a mahogany frame, with gold inlay, size 31 cm high x 39 cm wide.

The certificate is shown unframed as all items are mounted to order.
