Issued to R E Greene, who was Secretary of the company with his actual handwritten signature, together with that of the President of the company. Vignette of oilfields at the top and left of the certificate. Ornate brown border together with the seal of the company

Certificate size is 27 cm high x 21 cm wide (11.5" x 8.5"). It will be mounted in a mahogany frame, with gold inlay, size 31 cm high x 39 cm wide.
