   Certificate number 77 for189 7.5% preference shares of 5/- each. The certificate was issued to Willie Austin Gilligan, JP, of 'Fairfield', 16 Alleyn Park, Dulwich, London and  dated 12th November 1928. Blue and white with left hand scrollwork. Original signatures of Ernest Dutchman and R Cave-Brown-Cave, directors and R H Dutchman, company secretary.

The company was incorporated on September 5th 1928 and was involved in the production of rubber from its Bolivian estates. It also mined and produced asbestos in Rhodesia, operating the Sapienta mine. The latter assets were sold to Rhomines in 1935 following the voluntary liquidation of the company.

Certificate size is 30 cm wide x 25 cm high (12.5" x 10.5"). It will be mounted in a mahogany frame, with gold inlay, size 40 cm wide x 30 cm high.

The certificate is shown unframed as all items are mounted to order.
