Certificate no. 4806 for 920 shares of  £1/5/- each  in this Scottish paper manufacturer. Issued to Benjamin Armitage, JP, of Edgeworth House, Berkhampsted, Hertfordshire. Actual handwritten signatures of Godfrey P Geddes, Company Secretary and J P Miller, Director. Embossed company seal. Dated 9th August 1928. Reverse of the certificate shows the executor of Benjamin Armitage's estate as being Vernon Hay Armitage of Berri Court, Yapton, Sussex.

Certificate size is 22 cm high x 27 cm wide (9" x 11.5").
