   Certificate number 99,  for 168 shares of capital stock in this mining company which was founded in 1928.  Issued to H P Boldt  on January 28th 1929. Actual handwritten signatures of the president and Alfred Mueller, treasurer. Vignette of mining scene. Ornate black border with several smaller vignettes and  imprint of company seal.

Golconda San Juan Mines was formed by the Fidelity Finance & Title Company after it acquired and merged several other mining companies, including Golconda Mines Consolidated, The Empire State Mining Company, The Crater Mining Company and The Lake Mountain Mining & Reduction Company.

Certificate size is 21 cm high x 27 cm wide (9" x 11.5"). It will be mounted in a mahogany frame, with gold inlay, size 31 cm high x 39 cm wide.

The certificate is shown unframed as all items are mounted upon order.
