Company Herbert Green & Co, manufacturers of lubricating oils, using the Duo-Sol solvent refining process licensed from Standard Oil. Refining took place at a plant at East Halton, Lincs, employing 700 men. Receivers were appointed in October 1936.
Description Certificate no. 839  for 750 ordinary shares. Ornate green border with imprint of company seal.
