was formed on February 1st 1968, following the merger of the
Pennsylvania Railroad and New York Central Railroad. Penn Central filed for reorganization on June 21st 1968,
the largest American corporate bankruptcy to that time.

the printed signatures of R Cross, Treasurer, Alfred Pulman, President,
and Stuart Saunders, Chairman of the company.

Certificate size is 20.5 cm
