I lived in the pub in 1966/7. My
parents Sam and Joan ran the pub until early 1968 but the new drink driving
laws completely killed the trade so they quit the business. |

I was on a working holiday from New
Zealand and lived at this pub from 1977 to 1978 working as a
barmaid/waitress. Also met my husband at this pub. |

Used the pub often Nigel and his
wife ran it and also served good meals in restaurant. Remember Barbara
and Ron Chatters, they came to Cornwall on holiday and we had good times
with them all. |
